1. Definitions

2. Acceptance of Terms

3.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one registered Account on cv665. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identity details — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

3.4 Employees and Associates

Employees of cv665, its software providers, and their immediate family members are not permitted to hold a registered Account or participate in any real-money game or promotion offered on the platform.

4. Account Registration

5. Account Verification (KYC)

6. Deposits

6.3 Processing Time

Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to the cv665 Account within seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. Processing times for bank transfer methods may vary from 15 minutes to 2 business hours depending on the originating institution.

6.4 Deposit Source

All funds deposited to cv665 must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. cv665 does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit found to originate from an account held in a different name will be returned and the depositing Account may be suspended pending investigation.

7. Withdrawals

7.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals may only be requested by Users whose Accounts have been fully verified in accordance with Section 5. Withdrawal requests submitted prior to KYC completion will be held in a pending state until verification is finalised.

7.2 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 BDT. Maximum single withdrawal limits depend on the User's account tier and payment method selected. VIP account holders may be eligible for elevated withdrawal limits as communicated by their dedicated account manager.

7.3 Processing Time

7.4 Withdrawal Method

7.5 Bonus Fund Withdrawals

Bonus Funds are not directly withdrawable. They must first satisfy the applicable Wagering Requirement as described in Section 8 before the resulting real-money balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of outstanding Bonus Funds.

8. Bonuses and Promotions

8.1 General Bonus Terms

In the event of a conflict between the general bonus terms in this section and the terms of a specific promotion, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.

8.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount on qualifying games. Progress toward meeting wagering requirements is tracked in real time within the User's Account dashboard. Bets placed on games that are excluded from wagering contribution will not count toward the requirement.

8.3 Welcome Bonus

New cv665 registrants may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳30,000 BDT on qualifying first deposits. The welcome bonus is available once per User, per household, and per device. Eligibility is verified during the KYC process. cv665 reserves the right to withdraw the welcome bonus offer from any User who cannot be verified as a new, first-time depositor.

8.4 Bonus Abuse

cv665 employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, placing low-risk hedge bets to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, and colluding with other Users to abuse promotional structures. Confirmed abuse will result in cancellation of bonus funds, forfeiture of any winnings derived from abused bonuses, and permanent Account suspension.

8.5 Expiry of Bonus Funds

Bonus Funds that are not used within 30 calendar days of being credited to the Account will automatically expire and be removed from the Account balance. cv665 will not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.

9. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games offered on the cv665 platform are provided by third-party Game Providers and operate using independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. cv665 does not control the outcome of any individual game round. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are set by the respective Game Provider and verified by independent auditors.

In the event of a discrepancy between a game's displayed outcome and the outcome recorded on the Game Provider's server, the server record shall be the definitive record for settlement purposes. If a game malfunctions or is interrupted mid-round due to a technical fault, the round will be voided and any stakes placed during that round will be returned to the User's balance.

10. Prohibited Activities

• Registering more than one Account per individual, household, or device
• Providing false or fraudulent identity information during registration or verification
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors for financial gain
• Colluding with other Users in any game or sports betting market
• Attempting to access another User's Account without authorisation
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward cv665 staff or other Users
• Depositing funds from a payment account not registered in your own name
• Accessing cv665 using a VPN, proxy, or other anonymisation tool to circumvent geo-restrictions

11. Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Changes to increase a limit take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.

15. Account Suspension and Termination

• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity or bonus abuse
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering or other financial crime
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Account holder
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more

Upon termination of an Account for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any real-money balance remaining in the Account (net of any outstanding Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the User via their last verified withdrawal method within 14 business days.

16. Amendments to These Terms

cv665 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. All dispute resolutions are final and binding on both parties.
